is the stagnation of our vital energy or life force.

Surpressed, denied or controlled emotions block the flow of energy
and give rise to symptoms such as depression, anxiety, stress and even physical pain and disease.

I choose from different techniques and approaches to promote release of these blockages
and to activate our internal self-healing powers.

NARM® Sessions

NARM® is an approach to healing developmental trauma or complex trauma (C-PTSD).

This approach incorporates everything that shows up in the client's consciousness into the healing process. The person is considered as a whole and seen as an expert in relation to their wishes, needs and strategies for healing.

I provide the framework to get in touch with these resources. We work with both physical symptoms and mental concepts and create a space in which it is possible to achieve deeper contact and integration of unwanted or destructive parts.

Bodywork

This treatment is about freeing the physical body from blockages and pain.
Through different massage- and release-techniques, together with deep and conscious breathing, physical blockages can be removed.
Oftentimes an emotional release is part of that.
Our energy flows better and our well-being increases.
We feel more connected to and more “at home” in our body
Our self-healing powers are activated and we experience better health and well-being.

Energywork

In this session we focus on bringing balance to our subtle energetic, emotional, and mental body.

Through

  • the sound of indigenous instruments (singing bowls, drum, gong, didgeridoo, native flutes etc.)

  • breathwork

  • the use of essential oils and herbs

an expansion of our consciousness is possible.

Especially sound and smell can work deeply in the area of our subconsciousness and can re-create balance since they are triggering the limbic system directly.
A possible result can be a completely new understanding of inner processes and thought patterns. This can bring about deep relaxation and positive effects on all areas of our lives.
