Groups are a great way to explore your inner world together with like-minded people.
In my understanding the outer world is a reflection of our inner world.
Through reflection, sharing and interaction in social meditations or workshops for example,
it is a great experience to learn with and from each other and support each other in their personal growth.
AUM MEDITATION
(Awareness Understanding Meditation)
AUM meditation is a “social meditation” in which a group of people interacts with each other.
This meditation aims towards consciously experience and express different emotions by opening 14 different “windows”. Emotions that we usually avoid in our daily life due to social conditioning, external (or internal) expectations or fear.
Each window stands for one specific aspect of the human experience.
The result is an increased ability to deal with our emotions constructively.
This in turn leads to noticeably more joy, acceptance and inner peace.
This meditation is a great tool to convert stress and tension into creativity and vitality.

Meditation & Mindfulness
The aim of this talk is to bring the participant closer towards the practice of meditation and mindfulness and to demystify it.
The basics and benefits are explained and experienced. Beyond that, scientific knowledge about effectiveness and positive effects of meditation and mindfulness will be described.
Depending on requirements, this talk can illustrate the benefits in specific areas, e.g. Meditation in competitive sports, meditation in schools or meditation in companies.
